WHERE TO FIND ACID

Acid is made inside Farm.One at 625 Bergen St. in Brooklyn. Come by during Farm.One’s opening hours to pick up a bottle or try it in a cocktail, or find Acid at the bars, restaurants and bottle shops on the map.

  • Seaweed

    Ocean air with umami depth. Fresh marine aromatics sit above a gentle saline backbone, finishing clean, mineral, and sharply defined.

  • Horseradish

    Savory and assertive, with a sinus-tingling lift that settles into deep, earthy complexity. The finish is dry, grounded, and distinctly root-driven.

  • Celery Acid

    Crisp, green, and quietly powerful. This spirit captures the vivid freshness of celery—bright vegetal notes layered with subtle minerality and a clean, earthy depth.

  • Chai Acid

    Warm, aromatic and comforting. Bold cinnamon, cardamom and black peppercorn notes layer over ginger and black tea with a velvety, warming backbone.

  • Smoked Tangerine Acid

    Bright and delicately smoky, with concentrated citrus character and a subtle candied tangerine finish. Tangerine rinds are slow smoked for four hours over oak chips before being distilled under vacuum.

  • Coffee Acid

    Delicate, aromatic and quietly complex. Soft cocoa notes, gentle nuttiness and lifted aromatics sit over a light earthiness with just a hint of roast on the finish.

  • Smoked Grapefruit Acid

    Bright, smoky and sharply defined. Zesty, tangy and vibrant grapefruit aromatics sit above a subtle layer of oak smoke that adds depth without overpowering. The finish is dry, precise and lingering.
