We infused our neutral grain spirit with fresh sugar kelp sourced from Atlantic Sea Farms , then we re-distilled this infusion under a vacuum preserving the beautiful, volatile aromatics of this ocean algae.
Core to the values of our Harvest Series, we challenge ourselves to find ways to up-cycle the seaweed left over from our distillation process. We give our good friends at Ilis the remaining seaweed waste who are able to find a use for it.
