To capitalize on our vacuum distillation process, we need ingredients with sufficient volatile aromatics to yield a flavorful spirit.
Establish a strong partnership with the supplier to ensure consistent access to high-quality, sustainable ingredients for production.
We infuse the ingredient with a neutral grain spirit and re-distill under a vacuum, allowing us to retain the volatile aromatics of the ingredient.
Vacuum distilling yields a clear spirit ripping with all the aromatics and flavor of the ingredient but without any of the sugars, tannins, or color.
