Made in collaboration with @dancinggreensfarm , this spirit highlights the bright, clean expression of heirloom tomatoes at their ripest. Grown with care and intention by a farm dedicated to biodiversity and soil health, these tomatoes were selected not for shelf life, but for peak seasonal flavor.

Distilled under vacuum to preserve their most delicate aromatic compounds, the spirit carries a fresh, fruit-forward profile. Expect notes of tomato water, soft floral sweetness, and a hint of green freshness—more in line with melon or cucumber than sauce or stew.
