Our very first spirit is back. Made in collaboration with Eckerton Hill Farm , we’ve returned to the scorpion pepper we first distilled two years ago — a pepper we’ve always loved. We specifically chose scorpion peppers for their intense heat, aiming to showcase a pepper you’d never experience this way: all the bright, fruity, floral notes, with none of the burn.
Distilled under vacuum to preserve the delicate aromatic compounds, the spirit keeps all the bright, fruity, floral notes of the scorpion pepper while leaving behind the intense heat. Expect layers of tropical fruit, subtle citrus, and soft floral sweetness — vibrant and expressive without overwhelming the palate.
